Timber style home on an elevated site just up and above the Glen Bay offering stunning views from the open plan living area, main bedroom and the generous sized deck. Bush reserve boundary, a private path down to beach road and the sea and the center of Akaroa Village and all it has to offer just an easy 10 minute stroll away.
The home has a ship deck like stairwell to the downstairs bedroom / bathroom and laundry. Facing the stairs and going down backwards holding the rail slowly is the best way to avoid harm.

Special conditions:
Driveway is steep and unsuitable for boats, but there is parking on the right hand side as you come down the track for parking and walking down to #3.

The safe bay also offer great walks and hikes, along with boutique shopping, galleries, wineries and the famous Barry Point cheese factory.
Akaroa is 1,5 hours from Christchurch city, and has a regular mini-bus service operating between Christchurch City, and both the International and Domestic airports if you’re arriving from another city.
