Here you'll grill all your summer favourites on the BBQ, with the fully-equipped kitchen on hand to prepare all the sides and more. Modern appliances make food preparation a dream, including a juicer, food processor, food dehydrator, and electric frying pan! After all your energy is spent from entertaining and outdoor activities, spend the evening relaxing on the comfortable furnishings with a good book in hand.
Inside the main house, three well-appointed bedrooms and generous two bathrooms, accommodates up to eight guests. The attached unit accessed through the living room accommodates two in the king-sized bed, plus a queen bed suited for two children, with a single bathroom completing the setup.
Green View comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests total; perfect for families! The home is family friendly with toys and plenty of space to run around outside. The addition of the attached unit is a wonderful private space with a view for a couple, extended family or grandparents to escape the fun for a bit of quiet!
You will find a small kitchenette in the attached unit where there is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker and an electric frying pan but no oven or stovetop. Complimentary plunger coffee & English tea/Herbal teas are available for you.

Owner note:It is with great sadness that no pets are allowed to stay at Greenview anymore.The local council have declared that because it is a high dense "kiwi bird" area, they have deemed cats and dogs too dangerous to be in this area as these pets can kill kiwi. If a kiwi were to be killed and the dog caught, it would incur a very hefty fine. I personally am so sorry for this inconvenience.
