The space
6bdr home with linen included & fast wifi split over two self-contained levels. Each level offers 2 queen bedrooms & a bunk rooms with trundler.
Upstairs has a bathroom & separate toilet; downstairs features a full bathroom. Both levels include a lounge with TVs (Disney & Prime Video included) & laundrys with washers & dryers.
Kitchens on both levels, with a dishwasher upstairs only. Ideal for families or groups wanting space & privacy, minutes from the lake, shops & bike track.
Some board games, books and outdoor games available for use.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs and downstairs living areas of the home excluding lawn garden sheds. and locked storage wardrobe down stairs.

Steps at front & back of house to access top level of house, caution for small kids and elderly.
Our outdoor areas are professionally and regularly serviced for insect prevention and control.
Due to our natural surroundings, insects can occasionally be attracted to lights at night. We kindly ask that if outdoor or indoor lights are on after dark, all doors and windows remain closed to prevent insects entering the home.
No pets permitted unless approved!

• Quiet hours: 9:00pm – 7:00am.
• Maximum guest numbers must not be exceeded.
• Only registered guests permitted on site.
• No smoking or vaping inside.
For security and insurance purposes, house is alarmed with a motion sensor in both lounges that will be disarmed before arrival.
3 external cameras (2 driveway, 1 backyard). Outdoor areas only — no indoor cameras.
Tampering with any security devices will result in cancellation of booking without refund.
