The master has a king bed, direct deck access and a stunning harbour outlook. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, deck access, harbour views and an ensuite, reached through an annex that doubles as Bedroom 3 (two singles): great for families with young children, less private for adults. Bedroom 4, off the lounge, has a queen bed and rustic decor. The main bathroom has a shower-over-bath and plenty of storage.
There is no TV, so bring your own devices to use the WiFi. We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry liquid.
You will have the entire house, excluding the detached garage. Access is up two sets of stairs at the front, so please keep this in mind for guests with limited mobility. Off-street parking for two vehicles is in the gravel driveway below the house; please don`t park in front of the neighbouring property, and note the road is narrow.
It is a 5-minute wander to the Wharf Waterfront for boutique shops, The Wharf Cafe, fish and chips and the Wahine Moe sunset cruise in summer. Surfers will love Manu Bay, while Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming, kayaking and body boarding, and you might spot orcas. Enjoy bushwalking, golf, mini putt and fishing.

- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done.
