Centrally located, a 8 minute walk central Tauranga, and a three minute walk away from the lovely Memorial Park, with Mount Maunganui a 12 minute drive away, you can't beat us for location. The sunrises over the peaceful inner harbor are spectacular, and with a lovely waterfront reserve in front of our property, there is plenty of space to relax and make the most of our waterfront location.
