A short stroll takes you to the spectacular Ocean beach. Take a walk up to the top of Paku, or drivwWe up to the summit and stroll up from there.
Tairua is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Coromandel - only a short half hour drive to Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove and to start exploring everything the Coromandel has to offer.

Summary: Exceptional location for our family summer holiday. We have stayed a few times in Tairua but this has been our favourite place to base ourselves. The property is a quintessential kiwi bach with everything we needed. The kids loved exploring the estuary out front. We have absolutely loved our stay at your bach Heather - thank you for having us. We would love to return!
