The living space is warm and inviting thanks to its north-facing windows that let in the glorious morning and afternoon sun. Take a moment to soak in the picturesque views of Raglan Inner Harbour that are sure to leave you in awe.
The kitchen, designed in the classic Bach style, is spacious and fully equipped for all your holiday cooking needs. A full-size fridge, electric stove and cooktop, kettle, and toaster are all at your disposal.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Just a heads up, there is no bathtub in this space.
There are 2 bedrooms:
The Master has a Queen bed and harbour facing windows so you can take in the beautiful views without leaving your snug bed. The second bedroom features two single beds with a peek of the harbour as well.
Step out onto the wrap-around deck to extend your living space and soak in the breathtaking morning sunrises and evening sunsets over the harbour.
Stay comfortable year-round with the Heat Pump and Air Conditioning unit provided in the property, ensuring a cozy atmosphere in the winter and a cool escape in the summer.

Please note there is an elevated wrap-around deck with railing, but is currently not safe for young children who could squeeze through gaps in the rails. This is a hazard area that we are aware of and are in the process of being remedied.
You will have access to the entire house - all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and outdoor areas. Please note the downstairs garage and laundry is not accessible to guests.

Harbourside Cove is located a short 5 minute walk down to the Raglan Wharf where you can find Raglan Fish for local fish and chips and The Wharf Kitchen and Bar for lunches or evening meals. Also on the Wharf are some local artisan shops: Tony Sly Pottery and Soul Shoes plus you can hop on the Wahine Moe Harbour cruise and enjoy the view from the water. And in a short 12-minute walk along the waterfront, you will find yourself in the main street of our Vibrant Raglan township for more shopping, eateries and entertainment.
Raglan has something for everyone. And this home is ideally located to explore the local area.
Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays.
Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing.
The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities.

Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.
For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.
All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.
Harbourside Cove is located in a residential area - A noise curfew is in place between 10pm and 9am for the consideration of neighbouring properties.
Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.
We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.
Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue outdoor rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).
Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you (details in house info folder).
Electric Vehicle Charging - We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property. There is a fast charging station location beside the town hall on Bow Street.
For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a $20 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge.
