Positive: Nice views nice balcony, clean, good facilities in all ways
Negative: Key collection is intolerable. It is a very long, complicated walk from the hotel It would be impossible for anyone with a physical disability to get there. I know they sent a letter/email, but I didn't read it before I got to The heritage. I doubt I am alone in this. It would definitely stop me recommending what is otherwise a good place. It needs to be stated on the Booking.com site
Summary: Once I got there, exhausted and frustrated after and almost an hour trying to sort key, it was ok.
