The house is set on a fully fenced section with an outdoor patio, complete with a dining table, BBQ, and a grassy area perfect for relaxing. The home also offers off-street parking for one car, with plenty of street parking available if needed. Full washing and drying facilities are provided for added comfort.
This property can offer three beds if required, including two queen-sized bedrooms and the option to add an extra single bed in the rumpus room if needed (room pictured with beanbags and TV).
