Make your way to the cottage through a traditional NZ farm driveway. You will find decks to the front and rear of the cottage. On summer days, sit in solitude on the outdoor bench whilst listening to native birdsong.

Hilltop View features a queen-sized bed, from where you have a view of the lovely mountains that surround the property. With the curtains open on clear mornings, you would see a wonderful sunrise. When night falls, the stars and moon radiate brightly against the clear night sky. A large en-suite bathroom comes with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail to keep your toes nice and toasty.

A small kitchenette is equipped with the basics and comes fitted with a small fridge. Feel free to prepare some quick meals to enjoy together.

The property is keyless and has unlimited WiFi. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided for your quick caffeine fix. An iron and ironing board are also available to keep your outfits looking neat and ready for date night.

Just a short 5-minute drive from the cottage will take you to the Coastlands Mall, Paraparaumu train station, several supermarkets and other amenities. Paraparaumu Beach is located around 8-10 minutes' drive away and is a hub of local shops, restaurants and cafes. Every Saturday morning there is a market with loads of local fare on sale. Raumati and Waikanae are also very close and offer many other places to go to. Central Wellington is now around 35-45 minutes away on Transmission Gully. You could also choose to park for free at the train station and travel to Wellington by train.
