Positive: Awesome location, not far from the plaza and more. The house had the basics and what was needed like shower, toilet, bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Found travelling to event great from the house and the main highway.

Negative: Found the house needed a lot of work like updating the bathroom and toilet maybe adding an ensuite bathroom as well, all new carpet throughout, new lounge, dinning suite and beds with proper bedding. Matching curtains not old curtains. Aircon instead of fans. Lawns mowed and gardens maintained.

Summary: Great location just the house needed a lot of work.
