All day sun in this cosy 60's townhouse. A minute stroll to our beautiful surf beach with our iconic boat sheds and a great walking track at the south end. Wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, superettes, local RSA and tavern. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena. 20 minutes by car to Wellington and the Ferry Terminal. The capital city is compact and an easy walk to great eateries, coffee roasters, craft beer brewery's, boutique wine bars, the Sky Stadium, Te Papa, the waterfront and Oriental Bay.
