Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was excellent and the staff all exceptional and polite. Very clean room with everything you need. There was also a special touch with a plate of fruit and a card for our anniversary.
Negative: The check-in process is more laborious than it needs to be. Given it’s all booked through booking.com, all my details should already be with the hotel.
Summary: We were very happy there and would absolutely stay again.
