Holly’s Place is a beautifully restored villa set on half an acre of private landscaped gardens.

This secluded property is perfectly located within walking distance of The Square yet far enough removed to offer peace and tranquility.

It is the ideal setting for friends and family to gather whether it be a special occasion or just a relaxing sojourn in the famous wine region of Martinborough.

Holly’s Place is abundant in living spaces including numerous indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with multiple French doors providing a sense of alfresco living.

The interior is modern and sophisticated yet sympathetic to its era. It is appointed with the very best in furnishings, bedding and kitchenware. Outside amenities are plentiful including a 60sqm heated swimming pool, wood fired pizza oven, Canadian cedar hot tub, trampoline and croquet lawn. The property is fully fenced and safe for your little ones to explore whilst you relax.

Guests also have access to the Martinborough Tennis Club with courts located across the road. Rackets etc are provided by Holly's Place.
