Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located appartment.This beautiful town house is located right in the heart of Christchurch city; only a two minute walk from the Maragret Mahy playground and about 10 minutes from The Terrace (a popular bar and restaurant strip in town). Guests have their own private entrance and use of a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, Japanese bidet toilet, outdoor area and one bedroom with a queen bed.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:
1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.
4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
