Positive: The location was excellent and there was good off street parking. The house was clean and tidy and everything was placed nicely. There wasn't excess furniture or unnecessary features. There was a working BBQ which was awesome to enjoy the terrace space and cook with. The bins were taken care of and was easy to find the location. The washer drier worked well and had other useful things, such as a dishwasher.

Negative: The door code was also on the padlock beside the door and this felt unsafe like if anyone tried the code they could get in. I feel more secure with a direct message of the code. There were bins at the front and back of the house which was initially confusing as to which ones should be used.

Summary: A great home by the park for a comfortable and relaxing experience in Christchurch city.
