Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other has 3 single beds, 2 down and 1 up, these are serviced by a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs in bedroom 1 is a super king, with an ensuite, bedroom 2 has a king and single bed, while bedroom 3 also has a king bed and single bed, with a balcony overlooking the back garden area. On this floor is a large bathroom with bath and shower. While this home can sleep up to 13 people there is a maximum of 9 adults per stay.
Enjoy the bean bags to lounge around outside, while the children play in the sandpit, they use the outside shower to clean off the sand.
