House situated at the top of Bay View Rd.
Magnificent views and friendly community. Open plan with kitchen, lounge, bathroom/ shower and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (Queen and 2 singles). Another large bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed and a queen day bed in the sunny window with 270 degree views of Lyttelton Harbour. Great spot to watch yacht races in the Harbour or the coming and going of boats. Binoculars provided.
Small 2nd bathroom upstairs with toilet and shower. Verandah out front and sheltered patio with table and chairs on the East side.
Please leave outside chair cushions and 2 beanbags for deck inside when you leave.
Small BBQ in garage. Please use outside and clean when you finish cooking.
Short drive (or walk) to Orton Bradley Park with golf course and tennis courts and Diamond Harbour. Swimming at Paradise Beach at the bottom of the hill. Lovely walk from Church Bay to Diamond Harbour around the Coast track, or Church Bay to Hays Bay or up Mt Herbert.
Catch the Diamond Harbour ferry over to Lyttelton and take in the Saturday markets.
Linen provided and leave the house clean as you found it.
