Positive: Love the quiet luxury feel to it and that is reflected in many things; for example: automated luxury gate, valet service, non-alcoholic welcome drinks, freshly baked complimentary sweets and coffees every day by the wonderful french chef, the intimacy of a Bed and Breakfast, the warmth and care of the staff, super clean, AMAZING views, closeness to to town centre, hot tubs, elegant design, spacious rooms, et al. There is a lot to love about this place. The staff really make a difference - they really understand customer service (credit to Phillip, and his staff from Sam to Amber).
