Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Having a lounge space to sit and relax was good. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, great to have a bathroom off both bedrooms. Places to eat nearby was a good option and Onsen pools next door (book well in advance of stay). Not too far from Town and easy to get to shotover and Arrowtown.

Negative: Parking was a little difficult to sort when first arriving as the number system is all over the place. Cell phone coverage is very poor so hard to call businesses for bookings. Apartment is quite dark as no ceiling lights just lamps. The underfloor heating in one of the bathrooms didnt work so it was a bit cold with tiled floors in cold weather. The soap dispensers were diluted with water so very runny and the shower gel in one of the bathrooms was completely empty (cleaning staff may have missed that).

Summary: Good location but poor cell phone service
