Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even prepared a surprise in our room as we were staying for our wedding! The continental breakfast was lovely and we'd probably rebook just purely for the orange juice they have!
Negative: Our first day we were very underwhelmed with the facilities. Parking is $30/day at their facilities which we were not informed of until the day before the wedding and were unable to budget for because of the late notice. Room felt quite small (to be fair, we had a cot in there for our son) and didn't even have a microwave, so the only options for food preparation were the fridge to store things (very small) and an electric kettle.
