Sit back and relax in this newly refurbished Waiheke home, located in the heart of Oneroa.
The spacious home is the perfect getaway retreat with everything you need. The local bus stop just minutes down the road, taking to you the majority of vineyards and attractions on the island. The property has off-street parking available, but you are within walking distance to Oneroa village and all it has to offer. You can stroll to Waiheke’s famous Mudbrick and Cable Bay Vineyards via a scenic route offering sea views whilst being close to the vines or take an easy to Oneroa beaches via the Village picking up a coffee and treat on your way.
The home has two comfortable queen bedrooms which is a perfect retreat following a day of vineyard exploring, wine tasting, visiting beaches and enjoying all the activities Waiheke Island has to offer.
A TV lounge area for a relaxing and cosy night in, or choose a book and enjoy the second living space attracting daylight with fresh air flowing through the house.
With an open plan kitchen and large sliding window to the outside, you will never be far from the action. The perfect set up for home cooked meal or BBQ with outdoor dining options.
A heat pump will keep you warm over winter, or cool on a summer day. Why not open up the large sliding door and feel the breeze whilst listening to the birds. A private covered exterior deck includes out door furniture or if you prefer you can soak up the sun on the open upper deck.
End the day with the BBQ cranking and catch the most breath taking sunsets. Even better adventure up the walking track located along side the hedge line, amongst New Zealand’s Native bush, offering a 360 degree view you won’t be disappointed.
A 5 minute walk down the road will put you Oneroa Village, where you’re spoiled for choice with some of the islands best café’s, restaurants and shops. If you’d rather stay in for brekkie, you can stock up with supplies from the local Island Grocer or Four Square. A well equipped kitchen is stocked with amenities of home.

PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% card surcharge applies to all card payments. This is non- refundable.
