Positive: Beautiful hotel, perfect room, with an unexpected upgrade, excellent service from everyone we encountered and fantastic facilities. Gym is very modern, and the pool area has contrast therapy, ie., pool, spa, IR sauna, and cold plunge, a massive selling point imho.

Negative: That I didn’t book longer
