1 Bedroom Cottage in Hanmer Springs
Isobel's is unique in Hanmer Springs as an affordable, self contained cottage. Bed linen, towels, bath mat, hand towel, and tea towels are all provided at no extra cost. Isobel's is an older style ‘kiwi bach’ we are slowly renovating. It is old but always clean and warm. If you want something fancy please book a motel or another holiday home!

Very centrally located. Walk everywhere or have a go on our tandem bicycle! 8 minutes walk to the hot pools, supermarket and shops. 2 minutes and you are in the forest.
IMPORTANT- MUST READ: A note on the toilet- the toilet is located outside of the main house, attached by verandah approx 1 metre from the front door. The toilet is fully lined with a window but is definitely a cold trip at night in the winter!
Bring your furry best friend along for your holiday (dogs only) and step out of the door straight down into the Hanmer Forest and Dog Stream walks. Dogs by prior arrangement only- please add dog request upon booking. We have a $50 per stay dog fee.
Special conditions: Dog stay rules:
-Dogs are not allowed to be left at the property unattended for long periods of time or if unhappy and/or noisy.
-Vacuum the carpets and couch before you leave
-Please no dogs on the bed
-Pick up all messes from the garden
