Positive: Excellent location to be able to walk to beach and see lake which is what we we wanted
Negative: It was expected - a classic old school Motel with a great basic vibe which is what we were looking for. I would suggest a sieve and a chopping board but not a deal breaker and I’m sure not many people tend to cook for the odd stay.
