You will be swept away by the panoramic city-wide view to the west and tranquil rural and coastal views to the east from the prime position in Point View Drive. This large family home , perfectly positioned for all day sun , offers 1 ensuite with its own sitting room and own large deck with panoramic rural view, 2 generous bedrooms both with deck access. 1 small single room, one common bathroom and 2 living. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. 5-7mins to shopping center.

Close to Botany Town Centre and Meadowlands Plaza and home to a variety of native birds, this coveted location offer peace and quiet outlook, and the sense of freedom that goes with a rural way of life while still maintaining the proximity of city amenities and easy access to all that suburbia has to offer. It is also only minutes from reserves and beaches, short drive to golf courses and Howick Village and Whitford Village and about 30 mins to airport and downtown Auckland.

Summary: Hello,The location and the house itself are very nice, and we appreciate being able to stay here.However, we noticed that inside the house there is quite a strong smell, like carpet cleaner, dust, and dampness, which doesn’t feel very healthy.
