An Oasis located harbour side in beautiful Ohope beach. A unique family home designed with ECO principles including passive heating from high windows on a high wall which is north facing. This helps to heat a huge family dining area where an island bench top is the "grand central". The lounge being amphitheatre shaped, boasts superior acoustics converging island where the TV becomes the epicentre. Two large heat pumps can be operational when the sun isn’t shining and easily heat the whole space.
A family room is connected to the kitchen dining and if the double doors are left open it becomes a huge extended space for family and friends to gather.
The corridor provides direct access to a dedicated toilet adjacent to a spacious bathroom for the downstairs area. Along the corridor are two large double bedrooms with double-glazed windows. The laundry is handy next to the bathroom. Upstairs is a huge master bedroom equipped with en-suite, walk in wardrobe and a large office space and desk.
