We survived the Floods from the Cyclone! No damage and only lost power for a week. Modern new and private property in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Lovely walks around the lake, close to the beach and 3km to the town centre. Over 30 wine cellar doors on your doorstep and micro brewery just around the corner. Golf course and foot golf just down the road. External security cameras cover the garage entrance and the rear gate. Fully fenced property.

Summary: Very comfortable and good, central, easy to find location. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. A little strange the amount of owner/previous tenant toiletries and dried out soaps in showers. Very quiet and easy access and departure instructions.
