Welcoming large front entry and living area. A large kitchen, up 2 steps from dining area, so you can look down and enjoy the rural view (you may even see a pukeko, pheasant, peacock etc in their natural habitat) while cooking up a feed or keep an eye down on the kids while they are playing in the spacious living area!
A very central location with lots of nearby places and beaches to explore; Mangawhai, Te Arai, Waipu, Ki Iwi Lakes + loads more! All types of water activities, shopping at the famous Kaiwaka cheese shop etc!

2 Rooms have their own aircon and the 3rd gets it from the living area. A recently fitted air circulation system throughout home. A private back deck area that great for relaxing during the day or evening!
There are a number of food shops & laundromat avaliable in the Kaiwaka township.
Currently only x2 bedrooms are setup but can set up the 3rd if requested with enough time from the booking.
Would also welcome any long term stays and we can discuss getting wifi connected if needed
