Nest is growing lasting roots in our local Central Otago environment. We bring you delicious foraged herbs, seeds and wild ingredients, and nurture key partnerships with local farmers, growers and fishermen. There is always something new and exciting at Nest. We update menu items with the four seasons, and bring unique creations to light every week in our five course degustation experience. All thoughtfully designed towards an aspirational “zero waste” dining experience. Kamana Lakehouse is just 5 minutes' walk from the entrance of Fernhill Loop Track and Ben Lomond Track for easy access to some of New Zealand's native nature. It is well serviced by activity operators and close to local ski fields. We wish to share an important note with our guests: From April 2024 onwards, neighboring areas in close proximity to the hotel are currently undergoing extensive development work. Our hotel and facilities remain fully operational, however we do wish to share that guests could possibly experience the sound impact during the hours of Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm. Our Lakeview Luxe and Tahuna Lakeview room categories are located adjacent to the development and may therefore have their views impacted at times.
