To relax and stay away from busy life, this is a great opportunity to experience country living. Waking up to this amazing scenery and peaceful lifestyle. Sitting on the grass, watching on lingering light of the rising sun. Look up to the sky jewelled with myriads of glittering stars. You will feel like living in a painting.
The space
Karaka premium lifestyle is a comfortable 2-bedroom accommodation well build by an experienced kiwi builder. Scenic rural views greet you from the house. The open plan living area has big windows that look out across this amazing property, great views from the kitchen that you can enjoy while you’re cooking.
The lounge spills out to the covered patio which is perfect for kids to run outside and burn off some energy, and the adults can sit back and relax and enjoy being surrounded by nature.
We are living in the Main House which is 100meters opposite you. You are welcome to ask us about all the great places to visit and we'll be happy to help you plan out your day.
Often we are out working so please do not be offended if you don't see much of us.

Other things to note
Karaka is a small rural area in the south of Auckland, it is the perfect environment for breeding and raising superior thoroughbred racehorses. On your way to our farm house, you will see beautiful horses on farms. Please do slow down when you see anyone riding horses on the road. Karaka sale yards are where the horse yearling sales and other events take place nearby.
Pukekohe is 15 minutes’ drive with restaurants, sporting events and great shopping.
