Kennealy House is a spacious, sunny, 4-bedroom family home with a private backyard, 15 minutes walk to town and lake. A perfect location for a family holiday.

(Recently moved from long-term rental to short term rental)
The home spreads over 2 levels:
Upstairs - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 seperate toilet, desk/study area.
Downstairs - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 seperate toilet. Laundry, lounge, dining, and kitchen.

Bedrooms upstairs: 1 King room, and 1 Super King room (or two long singles).
Bedrooms downstairs: 1 Queen room, and a King Single room with 2 beds.

Heating: Log burner and heatpump downstairs, ducted heatpump system upstairs keep the place warm in winter and cool in summer.

Off street parking available and attached garage with internal access.

There is a small pool in the backyard (heated 1 Dec to 1 March).

Set in a quiet neighbourhood with a childrens playground nearby.
45 minutes to Cardrona and Treble Cone Skifields.

Parties will not be tolerated, no pets and no smoking please.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying in Wanaka with all the facilities close to hand. The house was immaculate and the bedding arrangements and facilities fantastic. Our host was very prompt in all our communication. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
