Positive: The location was excellent, the view of Taupo lake stunning

Negative: The property needs some love, it has great potential. It feels run down and unloved. It feels as if all of the furniture came from the local op shop, and was thrown together. The views are fantastic but you cannot easily see them. The property was very dusty, you could write in the dust on some of the appliances. Broken chair in lounge. Batteries need to be changed in clocks. The kitchen floor sinks when you walk on it, I think a few floorboards have snapped (I am less than 70kg). Some of the kitchen cupboards need to be their handles applied properly, they have very long screws that don’t fit. In one bedroom you cannot close the bedroom door, because the bed is too long and obstructs the door. In the other bedroom you can hear a dripping noise, we could not locate where this was coming from.
