The fully fenced yard ensures a safe space for the kids to run around Plus, you'll love the easy 10min walk to the stunning Lake Te Anau and the town center.

The open plan lounge and dining area create an inviting atmosphere, and you can step outside through the ranch slider onto the lawn, where you can set up an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air. It's the perfect place to relax and make yourself at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, including a brand new oven.

The main room features a comfortable king bed, while the other rooms offer 2 singles and a queen bed, all equipped with electric blankets for those chilly nights.

Just wanted to give you a heads up that this 1950's home has some charming quirks. The ranch slider can be a bit sticky, and there's a small hole in the toilet wall and a few stains on the carpet here and there . But don't worry, it won't affect the amazing memories you'll create here. So come on over, relax, and make yourself at home! 😊🏡
