Summary: The room was average with amenities broken or not working. The room did not have a folder on advising on how things worked and Wifi details on a sticky note left on the table. Shower pressure was terrible, and heaters not working. Toilet seat was moving and sliding door was complicated to lock. Customer service was poor. The cost of the room was okay, but needs a major renovation, and we have stayed in better places. This is the first time we have been disappointed in a Motel when booking from this site.
