Summary: On arrival, there was no one in the office , had to make a phone call to find out what room we were in and this happen on leaving as well. Outside sign stated 50+ Sky TV, this was not available, no Freeview, only Netflix which was someone else's account. Two staff members entered the room without knocking giving my wife a fright. All in all, not a good experience, will not be recommending to anyone.
