Situated on the main road of Rangatira Drive with Lake Maraetai only a few minutes walk from this well appointed, spacious holiday home, & only a short walk to the local cafe & shops. The bungalow has an amazing sun drenched deck, with outdoor setting & 7 burner BBQ for entertaining on those long summer nights. A heat pump and insulation are installed for comfort in all seasons.
Facilities include: All home comforts and plenty of room to park the boat & pop up a tent or two for those extra visitors or the kids for an outdoor adventure, fully fenced for all family members including the four legged variety.
Inside there is a flatscreen TV with satellite TV box & Google Chromecast to stream to using the unlimited 4G wifi, as well as a Blu-Ray/DVD and a selection of movies to enjoy. For listening there is a hifi stereo, CD player and aux 3.5mm connection to connect your device. The TV sound bar doubles as a great Bluetooth sound system.
Two queen beds, one single, and a bunk set makes beds for 7. Pillows and duvets are supplied with these beds. There is a fold out chair/bed as well but only good for small kids.
Extras can sleep on the spare queen mattress put on the floor (Behind couch) or air bed (queen air bed & hand pump in cupboard), and the couch is also comfy. You will need to bring your own bedding &/or sleeping bags for these extra people.
Please ensure you bring your own bed linen etc including - sheets, pillowslips, towels, facecloths, bathmat & tea towels. There is a washing machine and clothesline for your convenience as well.
Camping is welcome in the yard with an RV, camper or in your tent. There is a 2 person pop up tent in a cupboard if you want to use it.
We ask that you leave the place clean and tidy as it was when you arrived which includes removal of your rubbish and recycling. If you use the BBQ please ensure this is cleaned after use. There will be a cleaner to come through after your stay to do a thorough clean and to ensure that it is clean and healthy for the next guests, but please note this does not include the BBQ!
