Upstairs:

Whakaipo Room: 1x Super-King (ensuite bathroom)
Acacia Room: 1x King

Strictly no more than 10 guests per stay. This includes children. Strictly no events/parties or loud groups. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Additional guests above 10 will not be tolerated. Breach of the house rules will result in you being asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. This is a smoke-free property.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Linen and exit clean are included in the nightly rate. The house must be left tidy with all dishes washed, dried and put away and rubbish must be neatly bagged.
