Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lovely quiet location away from the city & any traffic noise.. we loved the sound of native birds around the house & such a relaxed stay - beds are super comfy - Marie left delicious home made goods in her fridge which we were able to enjoy & were greatly appreciated. She is a lovely person & great chef! Thanks to you Marie for having us to stay in your home 🙏 I hope all goes beautifully for your future plans for the property 🙏
Negative: It's not totally clear in the listing that The pool, spa pool, gym & sauna are not an exclusive part of the property - they are accessible in the community centre (which is very close by )- it's a great space for large groups to access & enjoy but wasn't as accessible as we had expected from what we had read - we had thought from the listing that it was part of the rental property. The owner has a lot of her personal possessions in the rental space & is doing quite a bit of landscaping work around the property - so it's definitely more like walking into someone's home with all their personal stuff in it - and outdoor projects in progress- rather than a completed rental space - this wasn't a problem for us but definitely not what most people would expect.
