Take the 2.5km trip into town where you’ll find shops, eateries, and activity providers, or take the short drive to Huka Falls to witness the dramatic rush of water from the mountains down into the Waikato River.
Boat owners will be pleased to know they can park their vessel at Lakehaven, and when you want to get out and enjoy the water, Two Mile Bay with its boat ramp and swimming beach are just 1.5km away.
