Positive: The view and birdsong and it is handy to the Akaroa settlement.
Negative: No wifi when we arrived. No poker for the fire and the fire was difficult to get to high heat Black shower curtains over very dated spa bath. The dark shower curtain meant you couldn’t see in the shower. The jets in the spa bath were not working properly. No shower mat - dangerous for elderly Very dated and tired interior in general. No double glazing it was very cold when we were there so lots of condensation on the windows. Rug was a trip hazard in the lounge.
Summary: Tired interior particularly bathroom and no double glazing.might be better in summer but not adequate in winter, general
