This single level home is set up to make your stay easy and relaxed. The open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge open straight onto two decks, one looks out to Bream Bay, the other across the quiet neighbourhood and hills.
Depending on the time of day (or the weather and wind), you’ll always have a good spot to sit outside. With sea views from the front, and you`ll be just steps from the Waipu Coastal Walkway across the road.
The main living area is light and roomy, with comfy seating, a TV, and fibre internet if you need to plug in or stream. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook meals or just throw something together after a day at the beach, and the dining table is big enough for everyone to gather.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed, its own ensuite, and a walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom is set up for kids or a mix of guests, with a Bunk Set (double below, single above, top bunk for children only, and the bottom bunk is best for kids or smaller adults), plus a King Single and a rollaway.
The third bedroom has a Queen and a Single, so there’s plenty of flexibility for families or groups. The house sleeps up to 10 in total.
Kids are sorted with toys, books, and Wi-Fi, and if all else fails, there’s Netflix… but you’ll be at the beach, so…

You will have the whole house to yourselves. Off-street parking is available, and you’re only a short walk to Ding Bay, Langs Beach, or straight across the road to the Waipu Coastal Walkway.
We manage the home for the owners. It is set up for self check-in, and we will always be available if you need us. We find it is usually best communicating through the booking app or via text messages.

Langs Beach is a stunning stretch of white sand that’s popular with both swimmers and surfers in summer.
Just across the road you’ll find the Waipu Coastal Walkway, which winds its way to Waipu Cove, a great spot to grab an ice cream, coffee, or even stop for a meal at The Cove Café and Bar right by the beach.
Ding Bay, tucked in at the southern end of Langs, is a smaller and more sheltered spot that often feels like a hidden gem. It’s perfect if you’re after something a little quieter or want to explore the rock pools.
There aren’t any shops in Langs itself, so Waipu (about 10 minutes’ drive) is the nearest place for groceries, cafes, and restaurants. Mangawhai is a little further on (about 15 minutes), with markets, shops, and plenty of food options if you’re looking for a day out.
If you’re travelling from Auckland, the drive takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, making Langs an easy weekend escape.

The top bunk in Bedroom 2 is for children only, and the bottom bunk is best suited to children or smaller adults.
