There are spectacular uninterrupted views of Pauanui beach, Tairua harbour and township from this large three storey house.
The property joins the coastal reserve - 5 minute walk to harbour beach and ferry (to Pauanui), 10 minute walk to surf beach, 1 minute drive to all Tairua beaches and Tairua town where there are cafes, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, golf course, charter fishing and diving.
The living room is huge with a beautiful open fireplace for winter, and fantastic 180° views. Relax outdoors on the hammock, beanbags and loungers.
All 5 bedrooms are spacious.
There are 2 bathrooms (1 with shower over) and a separate shower room, 2 separate toilets, so the facilities easily cope with a large group.
There are 3 decks. BBQ and outdoor dining.
Large driveway providing off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles.
Sailing dinghy and bicycles (bring your helmets).

Summary: What a fantastic holiday we had staying here - breath taking views of the estuary and Pauanui. Quick walk to the estuary, beach and near by cafes. Accommodation was great with comfy beds. Large open plan living, kitchen area was perfect for all of us - great for charades! Would definitely stay here again
