Newly renovated, quiet and secluded family home in the heart of Raumati Beach.
With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this property can sleep up to 13 with ability to book additional camp stretchers and/or blow up mattresses for larger groups.
The property boasts 2 two separate living areas and kitchens, making it an ideal location for more than 1 family or group to enjoy some privacy.
The main part of the property comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a tv room and a large open plan dining/kitchen that flows directly to outside living areas to the front and back of the property. The kitchen has all the amenities including 2 ovens to cater to large crowds with the dining table and large kitchen island seating 15.
The other part of the property comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large open plan lounge and kitchen area with bifold doors leading out to the back deck and garden.
The whole property is wrapped with verandahs with seating areas that 5 of the 6 bedrooms open onto.
There is a large patio to the front of the property with outside furniture, large bbq and a table seating 10 providing ample space for outdoor dining and living. To the rear of the property, which gets the morning sun, there is outdoor furniture for those morning coffees and a small vege and herb garden that you are welcome to indulge in.
