“Sunrise Lodge” is a single level property with open plan communal areas, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space flowing seamlessly into a good sized dining area, a big lounge with smart TV, board games and books for indoor entertainment, and especially a hockey table as a bonus.
Equipped a single garage for bike/motorbike parking, the exterior has plenty of space for parking. The property is fully fenced with tidy garden around the house.
