There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fulling self-catering, with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are two living areas, the first downstairs and has a few comfy couches and a TV, and the one upstairs has a couple of chairs and a few games for a cosy day in.
There is a lovely, fully-fenced backyard with a nice seating area for anyone who has had a long day out and wants to sit in the evening sun!
Lavandula is an ideal home, it is a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk away from Avonhead shopping centre, which contains a supermarket, a few stores and places to eat.
