Relax with the whole family at this peaceful estate. It’s impossible to list all the reasons why this will be the greatest BIG family holiday you’ve ever had. There are 3 dwellings ranging from a 4-bedroom main house to a 2-bedroom cottage and a garden cabin. That’s accommodation for 12 people! Plus, there’s a fantastic pool area, a spa pool, basketball, kids playzone and extensive rural views. The main house boasts a large kitchen and living space while the cottage and cabin are self-contained!
The house is comfortable and architecturally designed.
The rooms are on one level, except for one step into the octagonal room. The bedrooms come off either side of the central hallway.
Three bedrooms share the main bathroom and toilet, and the master bedroom has its own ensuite. The master bedroom and smallest bedroom look out over the pool area, so does the one bed garden flat.
Two of the bedrooms look out of the eastern side next to the tropical garden and oriented toward the sunrise.
The pools are fully fenced. The pool is salt-water. In season, you could pick fruit from the trees, or roses from the garden.

This is a lovely rural setting, but you’re still close to town. The Lakes shopping centre is only a short trip and Mount Maunganui’s surf is just 18-30 mins. Imagine a morning at the beach and then splashdown in your private pool before afternoon drinks – unforgettable.
If you’re active, hit the Oropi mountain bike tracks (just 5 mins away) or take a walking track to the Papamoa Hills and MacLarens Falls. Get over to Hobbiton (40 mins away) for a LOR adventure, and then back to that pool!
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
