Spacious family home in Mangawhai on lifestyle block. Positioned to get all day sun and the most stunning rural outlook! Our home is 2 minutes from the Village, 8 minutes to the heads shops and roughly 7-10 minutes drive from Te Arai and Forestry beaches.
Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The bright interior flows out onto the spacious outdoor living area, where you’ll find ample space and outdoor furniture including a large BBQ and a spa. This is the perfect spot for a BBQ with your group, or to simply kick back on a sunny morning with a coffee and the news.
Inside, the open plan living area has everything you need and includes a full-sized kitchen with plenty of storage and cooking space, including dishwasher, microwave and oven. The lounge includes a large smart TV, perfect for entertaining the kids or watching a movie. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite.
Our house is perfectly set up for families. Lots of toys (indoor and out) including a trampoline and sandpit to keep your little ones busy, as well as a whole lot of adventure awaiting with our 9 acres of lifestyle.
You can choose to collect fresh eggs daily from our chickens if you wish to add to the experience.
We prefer families rather than party crews as this is our home.
