## Neighborhood

Remuera is an affluent inner city residential suburban area located four kilometres to the southeast of the city centre. Remuera is one of Auckland's older suburbs characterised by many large houses, often Edwardian or mid 20th century. A prime example of a "leafy" suburb, Remuera is noted for its quiet tree lined streets.
If you enjoy getting out for a stroll, or simply being in nature, Remuera has numerous green spaces, including Mount Hobson – a volcanic cone with views from the top overlooking Waitematā Harbour and Rangitoto.

## Transit

There is a bus stop on Upland Road which takes you to New Market or Britomart. There is also the Orakei Train Station nearby which also heads to Britomart the main train hub in Auckland. Uber is a great way to get around Auckland.

Before booking, please be aware we can only host your stay if it is essential to move during the Level 4 and 3 lockdown periods in New Zealand.

We will handle the key exchange remotely and you will need to arrange safe point to point transport within your bubble when re-locating.
