Positive: The location for Central Auckland could not be beaten. The condition of the apartment was first class - spotless The bed was very comfortable so we slept well although occasional city noises below the appartment did keep us up
Negative: I really did not like the complete lack of human interaction wrt the checking in / picking up keys. We also did not realise the apartment was a reasonable walk from where we got the keys so having got the keys we then had to lug all of our luggage 5/600 yards to the apartment having dispensed with them Uber at the key location Getting the keys was a bit like the TV game Crystal Maze which is not something you need after an overnight flight. Additionally our actual room number was hidden away separate on page 6 of the 'boarding pass' which quite frankly was ridiculous and the Room number was not on the Key Fob - our room was 3L and the Fob had Z18 on it. Go figure - absolutely stupid with no thought for the traveller. Add to the stress when I dialled the number at 1000 am to try and find out where our room was there was no answer first time I am not normally grumpy giving reviews but the point needs making. The check in instructions were not available to me before Im left home, so had I not had a couple of hour stop over en route I would not have received the email until arriving in New Zealand The message is total lack of human contact does not suit all visitors
